Hapkido Martial Arts (a dynamic and electric Korean martial art) children's program delivering fun, fitness, discipline and health for children between the ages of 6 – 12 years old. These programs are run with the emphasis on FUN while at the same time promoting Fitness, Teamwork, Discipline, and Control. Kids learn that active physical exercise can be fun and how being healthy and fit can benefit us in our everyday lives.
