WEEK1 Day1 - First session with Amy Guirguis well, today was about judging how far i can push amy and getting to know her anatomy more! the way she moves, her alignment/posture, cardio and endurance. We did a treadmill session so i could find out the levels she can cope and levels that push her further, allowing me to create a treadmill plan for her to do in her time! as well as other various exercises such as basic boxing, kicking etc. good job today Amy :)

Amy Guirgis has accepted my 10week 15kilo weightloss challenge.
She will be eating healthy normal foods in order to reach this goal. Defence Fitness is all about wellbeing, not just looking good for now, but health in the long run also.
Amy's Training, Equipment and all necessary herbal products are provided and funded by Defence Fitness.
All of Amy's progress and difficulties will also be posted on facebook for all to follow, to bring in awareness that the emotions and hurdles are normal that we go through. Its the persistance that gets us there
The purpose of this challenge is for Amy to learn as much as she can on how she can lose weight and keep it off in a realistic way.
Health is a lifestyle change not just a 10week or short term thing.

Amy Guirguis - Week1 Day3 (BEEP TEST!!)
Amy's Beep Test was run on Thursday 26th May.
What is a Beep Test?
The “Beep Test”. The Beep Test is a multi-stage fitness test, also known as the bleep test, pacer test, or 20-m shuttle run test and is used by sports coaches/ trainers to estimate a client’s ability and training output.
Amy's results were:
Level 1 -7
She Completed Level 1, personally i believe Amy could've pushed out atleast another 2 more shuttles bringing her roughly to Level 2 of 2.
This is a great attempt for someone who NEVER runs.
This was Amy's first Beep Test since High school! Amy is in the right direction to improving the Results in her next Beep test and pushing her self that littlbe bit further.
Its a working progress and Amy is doing brilliantly so far!

Literally "Stairs To Nowhere"!!!
What Are These Stairs?
i have a set of stairs in the middle of the park about 8 sets of 5-6 stairs!
Purpose:
is to get a reasonable time on ascending and descending these stairs! up and down is counted as 1!
10 is the number of times my Victims are required to complete this mission!
The next time Amy Does this mission, she needs to beat her personal best time!
Some like to call it Stairs to Hell!

im hoping that all injuries / sicknesses / whatever else that was needed to be thrown in on this 10week challenge is pretty much over.. because we need MORE harder training and less of everything thats mentioned up there!!

RESULTS!!!!
WEIGHT LOSS: 6.5KG
WAIST: 16CM (yes i had to calculate this 3 times to be sure!!!)
LOW WAIST: 7CM
THIGH: 2CM
ARM: SAME (regardless you can see the difference in the photos with Amy's arms)
JOGGING: Zero - 10minutes non stop (machine in making)
our concentrate in the next 5 weeks will include more arms in the workouts!!
very happy with these results.
